I am truly grateful to Eileen, her assistant, Dawn, and the colleagues she recommended to me - Mortgage Broker and Lawyer. They were proactive every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the house buying process. We went to contract on 2/9/21 and closed on 4/6/21. Working with Eileen was like making a new friend, I never felt pressured; her guidance was immeasurable. Thank you Eileen!

Eileen Familia helped us with two properties at the same time: selling a house...and purhcasing a piece of property. She was a MAJOR factor in us being able to do both. She worked tirelessly on selling our home, answering phone calls constantly and doing an Open House. Eileen was a pleasure to work with and and we can't say enough nice things about her: truthful, responsive. Eileen is the best and we would recommend her highly without reservation. Eileen was wonderful, candid, and supportive from the very first day. We were told she is high energy and that was absolutely the truth! Eileen was compassionate to us, as we were first time homebuyers, and she did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and informed about our decisions. She regularly checked in on us, and had countless appointments ready and scheduled to help us find the right home for us. We are inexplicably grateful to Eileen and thankful we had the opportunity to work with her. We would absolutely recommend friends and family members to Eileen! Thank you, Eileen!
