They are passionate are about what they do, and have such strong integrity- they only know how to be honest in every situation, and are realistic when helping a seller make the serious decisions such as what a house is worth and what to expect from prospective buyers. They are meticulous in their explanations, and we learned a lot from them because of their experience and professionalism. Selling a home is emotional and they always lent an ear and to the time they saw was needed to help us through. They are compassionate, passionate about what they do, and I will only recommend this hard-working, wonderful team. Tara Wright is the only realtor, along with Eileen Famiglia, that I would recommend whether buying or selling. Eileen and Tara handled the entire process of selling our home in an extremely Professional and proficient manner. From beginning to end, we were impressed with Eileen's preparation, presentation and subsequent follow through, resulting in a very highly successful listing and quick sale of our property. Most importantly, whenever we had a question or important information came across, they were available to receive or administer information. Eileen had a professional team to photograph our house in it's best light and it was online the very next day. We really appreciate the work done but we appreciated more the personal touch, interest, sound advice concern for our privacy and needs and dedication that Eileen and Tara gave to us throughout the entire process.
