Eileen was very responsive and always available. She was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable on all matters concerning our house search. She will be on your side the whole way but isn't afraid to tell you if she feels something isn't right for you. Without her we would not be in our new home today. I would mostly certainly recommend Elieen to anyone who is a first time buyer or someone who is trying to sell. Who she is as person speaks beyond volume she's not just a realtor. She put her heart and soul in making sure this process goes as smoothly and stress free as possible, especially knowing how nerve racking this whole process can be. What I love the most is her honesty. How hard she works side by side to make sure you get the best of the best for your money. She stays in contact with you through emails, phone calls and text. Eileen Familia is an amazing authentic realtor who puts her clients needs and wants first. She is very honest and will let you know her honest opinion even if it means that she won't sell a house. I've been working with her for 7 months before I found the house of my dreams. She never forced me to buy and she's always available to attend and set up appointments in a timely manner.
